If it is turning some, but not fast enough to start:
1. Battery
2. Starter
3. Wires
In that order of probability. There is also two options that should be considered
Was the charging system working and did I have oil.
Oil is easy. Check it. You probably would have noticed killing your engine. The charging system is sometimes tricky. You may clamp a charger on for a short time and see if it starts. check the charging system if it does.
If you believe it is the starter, have the place you buy the new one check your before you buy the new one.
Altenator
Simple it will turn over but not start.
Fuel pump is located in the gas tank.
Could be a gasket, an o-ring or a seal. Need more info as to where it is leaking.
