Its still the pump. 4-6 lbs makes the difference. You might notice the difference at hiway speed and you hit passing gear. It wont respond as it should.. dont use a cheep pump or you will just do it over again.Or cheep pump and sell it..

Probley is the fuel pump, Need to check fuel pressure with a gauge. It should have no less then 9 LBS. are it will not start. Pressure specs are 9 to 13 LBS
