Pry out the old one, gently tap in a new one, brass preferably.
There should be a small valve at the bottom of the rad.
The radiator fan on a 1998 Plymouth Voyager won't turn off if the engine is overheating or the temperature sensor is defective. The fan is designed to only work once the temperature has pass a certain threshold.
Start it after filling the radiator.
standard will have a single overhead cam the espresso will have a dual over head cam all the front hood will have a bulge on the passenger side of the hood that is one way to identify that this is a dohc.
Fuses, broken wire, failed PCM, failed gauge.
If the radiator cracks on top or bottom (bolth sides are plastic) ........ replace the radiator, can't be properly repaired.
