I have a 2.7L Intrepid torn apart in the garage right now. Your leak is most likely coming from the horribly designed water pump. This is a common failure point in the Intrepids. The labor to replace it is expensive, but as I'm finding out, doing it yourself is rather difficult. It could also be one of the following:
Head gasket
Warped head
Cracked block
Bad radiator
Oil pressure sensor failure, wrong oil, low oil level, internal engine failure.

on the bottom of the engine

The Mopar number is 5281090
Try draining the oil after the engine has warmed up first.

If you find traces of oil in the antifreeze it's an indication of broken engine gasket. You need to go consult with a professional.
The oil pressure sensor screws in next to the oil filter on the front of the engine on a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country.
