There are two different sizes of bushings for each hinge.
On the Top door hinge the bushing go on the body side. The smaller of the two goes on the top hinge with the shoulder of the bushing on the top side of the hinge. The Larger bushing goes on the bottom of the hinge with the shoulder of the bushing on the bottom of the hinge.
On the lower hinge the bushing go on the door side of the the hinge. The larger of the bushings go on the upper side of the hinge and the smaller bushing goes on the lower side of the hinge.
When you put the pins in, the pin will go from bottom to top on the upper hinge and from top to bottom on the lower hinge.
The pins will need to be tapped into place with a hammer. Be careful to not break the shoulder of the bushing.
There is a tool that makes reinstalling the door spring a snap. It will probably cost $40, but it will save your knuckles and a lot of time.
There are a couple of companies that make repair kits for these. On is from Dorman and the other is from HELP! The kits come with a small bushing, a large bushing, a pin, and a pin retainer. The retainers will look different depending on the company. Some look just like a thin washer and other look like an E-clip.
If you go to an automotive parts house and ask for bushing and pin kits for you specific outfit they should know what you are talking about.

Check the bottom of the engine oil pan.
Look on bottom or rear of radiator
It's bolted directly to the bottom of the engine block.
It is on the bottom of the radiator below the lower hose.
I have been searching everywhere for just the bushings. It's my understanding from everyone that I have spoke with, even the dealership states you have to buy the whole control arm. Just my luck coming out of pocket $242.

The radiator drain is on the bottom of the radiator, generally under the lower hose.
You will have to remove the pan on the bottom of the TRANSMISSION, and you will see it.
It is on the right front bottom side of the engine.
