These things aren't related like that.
CC means cubic centimeters. Its how much displacement the engine has.
HP means horsepower.
example: 2.3L 4 cylinder engines can make anywhere from 90 HP to 220 HP...

If you mean HP=Horsepower, and CC= Cubic centimeters then HP does have anything to do with CC's. Cc's are the size of the displacement of the engine. HP is the amount of power the engine produces.
