You can go to Autozone.com and ask for the timing marks for a 2.4 on the search bar. One thing, be carfuel because the Eclips has a 2.4 and the marks are different, the Eclips camshaft points to the top and the Galant point to the back.

The top timing mark is a notch on the head. It lines up with an arrow on one of the O's cut out in the timing gear. The bottom timing mark is on the crankshaft gear and it lines up with a mark on the oil pump housing.
the timing mark is on the pullie itself its a small notch .... to get to your timing belt you have to remove the belts, motor mount, and the pullies, then remove the plastic cover then you can access your timing belt .... it looks worse than it really it
the timing mark on the crank goes down matches with v notch intake and exhaust both go up but be sure you use the intake mark for and exhaust on that gear.

There is a mark in the flang wheel which the timing belt goes on. and also there is a mark on the head case. Match the 2 up. Also at the botom there's a grove on the wheel which should be in the same angle as the grove on the head case.
On my 2000 Metro with a 1.3L the mark and slot marked with the "E" are used.
the timing belt mark is to right of the head and the crank marker is to right about one oclock
