The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. From 1995-96 and up you have to replace the entire sending unit, cost is roughly $300.
GM vehicles do not use inertia/reset switches.
I believe the egr valve is located towards the firewall on the driverside right next to the fuel rail. Its up top so if you are do it yourselfer, it shouldn't be to difficult to replace yourself.

this is incorrect. The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. It is a lot of work to replace. I have done it twice on my 97 blazer. Its expensive too around 300 bucks. The fuel pump on a 1997 Chevey blazer is right beside the engine
If the fuel is making it through the fuel filter but not to the fuel rail then I would check for problems in the fuel line, such as a clog or crimp in the metal line or perhaps a problem in a flexible line.
There are many things that can cause a 2000 Blazer to have hesitation problems. Some causes could be bad plugs and wires, fuel filter, or the EGR valve.
Its the spray on liner inside the tank. Once that is gone you will get rust.
