it is stuck in 1st and the shifter is broken SOMEWHERE it might even be inside the trans. their are shifting forks inside the trans.

Q: 2000 sportage ex 4x4 with a manual trans you believe it is stuck in 1st gear you can put it in other gears and it pulls the engine down but wont move any clues as to what would cause this?
