i have not tested it yet but according to my math my 2000 z24 cavalier picks up 26 mph for every thousand rpm in fifth gear so if you took the car to 6 thousand rpm which is pushing it given wind factors and other variables your probably looking at 140 to 145.

If one takes a look at a wiring diagram for the green wire for an aftermarket RPM tack of a 1998 Z24 Cavalier, one will see a cable and a terminal. There is also a locking tongue and a tool J33095.
