jack the vehicle up, remove the RF wheel, puul the rubber inner fender liner down, and access them through the wheel well.
The plugs are accessed through the fender wells. Not to hard to change.

You can remove the drain plugs, on your VTX 1300, by loosening the plugs with a 5/8 five sided socket. Turn the plugs to the left to remove them.
how difficult is it to change spark plugs on a 2002 ford explorer. It is a 4x4 and has the initials on it xtl or something like that. Can you please help me cause they are trying to charge me an arm and leg to have it done.
Remove the fuel tank, Remove air box, Remove spark plug caps, Remove spark plugs ????
Remove old spark plugs. Insert new spark plugs..... Simples
just remove the coil's that are on top of the plug, then change the plugs.
Remove the upper intake, then proceed as with the other plugs.
I just replaced the plugs in this truck and you need to pull both wheels. You then remove the weather flaps and can get to the plugs from there with regular socket tools nothing special. Don`t need to pull both wheels,just passenger with a wobble extension
