If it will not hold a charge it has a dead cell and must be replaced. If it is just running down overnight disconnect the ground cable in the evening to make sure something is not on pulling power from the battery.
Bad batterry or defect in electronic or electrical circuits causing current drain from battery.
does the kia have a remote voltage regulator
go to a junk yard and find a sunfire or a Chevy cavalier take the door panel off and unbolt the window mechanism and go home and take your door panel off and replace the mechanism
The battery itself could be shot, the lead plates inside do wear out over time.
most likely your battery is bad if it wont hold a charge unless there is a significant parasitic drain i have no clue on what causes the ticking noise
