Check fuse number 32 found in glove box panel which is above glove box, simply turn two half twist tabs and cover drops down, you should also see fuse chart which pulls out of cover, pretty easy fix.

take a volt Ohm meter to either side of one wire then do the same for the other, if the ohm's dont give you a steady reading then the iwre needs to be replaced.

There are bolts that you must remove in order to take out the front seats of a 2002 Monte Carlo. There are two in the back of the seat and two in the front of the seat. If you have heated seats you will also have to remove the wires for that before you take the seat out.
