If the front locks on your Lexus RX 300 are not working while the rear locks function properly, it could be due to a few issues. Possible causes include a malfunctioning door lock actuator for the front doors, a problem with the wiring or connectors in the front door locks, or a fault in the central locking system. It's advisable to check the fuses related to the locking system and inspect the door panels for any visible damage. If the issue persists, consulting a professional mechanic for a thorough diagnosis may be necessary.
