The thermostat housing is located on the lower right side facing engine block. Just follow the top hose down to it. You will have to remove the top hose. Then you can remove the two bolts connecting the housing to the engine block. The housing will also have the lower hose attached. Then trick is to now bend the housing down (lower hose still connected) down so that you can gain access from below. Remove the hose from the housing. Now the housing has two more bolts connecting the actual thermostat housing, remove them drop the replacement. Reverse the order to reconnect all parts. It is a very tricky procedure, so be patient...
