You have to first remove the tire. then the drum and after the drum is off, you may need to wiggle or even pound a little with a hammer, you'll see two springs. these sprigs are very hard to take off. you'll need some pliersto grab and pull till they are off. then the shoes have two pins that run through the back of the shoes theres springs you just need to push with some needle nore and then turn. the rest is just remembering were it goes for when you put it back together
