2004 clk320 Benz I am losing rpm's when I come to a stop the car shakes and just does not have the pick up as it did before I recently had an oil change no change Dealer thinks Im nuts?

my car had same problem and dealer changed cam sensor because of timing problem. it wasnt it and i took to local mechanic and he cleaned my airflow meter. cars has never done problem again.
