This may sound silly, but I had a problem moving my driver's seat in my C230. The solution? Remove the juice bottle hidden under the seat that was obstructing movement.

In my car (2001) there are three fuses for the power seat. One is in the trunk on the drivers side, behind a cover by the rear wheel. It's a 30 Amp fuse and theres one for the passenger seat also. The remaining two are behind the cover panel by the steering wheel, you access it with the drivers door opened. there are two 30 amp fuses for the drivers seat and two for the passenger seat.
