go down farmhouse chimney,get bowl,go back to diner and ask lady for milk,go bak to farmhouse,turn tap in tub,chase cat to dish of milk,return cat to Charlie's shop and she'll give you a crowbar go to factory and open tunnel.that should give you a headstart.
