The individual is a smoker, just not a tobacco smoker. Their lungs are probably in pretty bad shape. A cough could be an indication of serious lung problems. See a doctor soon and quit smoking!
Smoking is bad enough, but smoking Crystal Meth IS A death sentence! Even smokers may have a bad cough and nothing comes up from the lungs, but, if they quit, then the lungs will start cleansing themselves and that's when the phlegm starts to come. Also Crystal Meth effects the brain cells (these are never repairable). Excited

This person knows it as well as most of us, that unless this person quits NOW they will have many health problems each year they live (depending on how long they live) and their crystal meth smoking will most certainly result in death. This is not a scare tactic, but the facts, and I have no doubt the person knows about them already.
This person should take the step and do themselves a favor and get into a rehab center while they still have a chance. Crystal Meth ruins not only the person's life but those that love them and those that are around them.
