Not having your period for 2 months and finally spotting with clots could mean several different things. Either you could be pregnant, or your period is irregular. Irregular periods could be a sign of either stress or health problem. You should get checked out just to be sure because if pregnancy is the case, you don't want to risk hurting the baby by avoiding the doctor.
It's called spotting, and you're probably not pregnant but you should consult a physician if you think you are. Using protection guards against unwanted pregnancy as well as sexually transmitted disease, both of which can change your life forever.
You can still get your period when youre pregnant, but it's rare. If your diet has changed, or you've had any other severe change in your lifestyle (i.e. medication, exercise) could also be the cause to your irregular periods. Call your doctor, you can tell the nurse on the phone what is going on and she can advise you whether you should come in for an appointment.

Yes you can be pregnant. Some people, all though rare, still have their periods even though they're pregnant. Even though he pulled out, there is pre-cum, which CAN still get you pregnant. So go take a test just in case.
No that has nothing to do with it.
Black blood clots do not relate to whether or not you are pregnant. You should see a doctor if the clots are bad. In general, if you are on your period/ losing blood, you are not pregnant. The smell and color mean you may have an infection It may also be an viral STI (as opposed to just bacterial).
Clots during pregnancy is usually a indication of a miscarriage. Brown bleeding is usually old blood which isn't a normal period.
I went through the same thing and I had a miscarriage, there was lots of blood clots and the bleeding was extremely heavy and lasted for a week exactly.

If you have a confirmed pregnancy & was bleeding clots then this can indicate a miscarriage but you need to see your Docctor to confirm this with him. However if you was not pregnant but experienced clots during your period for the first time, then this is not caused by a miscarriage. Clots during a period is perfectly normal & may occur every period or only once a year. Its different in each Woman.
Nope not at all! you can however bleed during your first month. if you body does not drop clots then you are prego fo sho! the clots are the utrial lining that was forming for the babys home. but it sluffs off(like every normal period) then you are not preggsters!
