You must have TIRE IRON that came with the vans jack set to lower tire. Lift the back gate and on the center of the back opening at the back mof the van is a round opening that leads to a winch that lowers the tire. You must use the tire iron end that looks like a long flat end screw driver, put this into the opening until you get the end in place so that you can turn the winch to lower tire.(the opening is above license plate and is covered by the gate, so gate must be open to get access to opening)
