As example with Egypt, the dictatorship of President Mubarak was overturned and the process of free elections has real hope in granting the people of Egypt power over their own lives. It also helped the Tunisians in improving the general welfare of its people. The end of the dictatorship in Libya was a clear and awesome change. This is part of the Arab Spring begun in Tunisia first. Also the civil war in Syria was a direct result of the revolutions in Egypt, Libya and Tunisia. There is allot more to be said as the Arab Spring continues to make the political & economical changes that seem to be a start of real freedom in the Arab world.
