Firing Order

It is 1-5-3-6-2-4.

( also , the distributor rotor turns CLOCKWISE , the distributor cap is installed with the marked # 1 position facing AWAY from the engine , and the engine cylinders / spark plugs are numbered 1 through 6 , from front to rear )

I set my 1992 EFI 4.l just like this and it runs like a top. Note my engine code in the VIN is a 'Y'.

To avoid confusion, replace spark plug wires one at a time.
