chances are you have to get it burned off, its not swollen if its hard its just how the bump is.I would say, go see a doctor and have him take alook at it, but a friend of mine who had an industrial,(double piercing in cartlidge) had the same problem with it and wound up with four bumps. resulting in having to burn them all off. 0_o hope this helped,
No because you need to be able to get it out or else it will get infected and need to be surgically removed.
If you don't move or anything you will be removed after 10 minutes.
anything to do with swallowing or food.
Probably not. It's still pretty new so I wouldn't risk it. Maybe go back to the shop and see if they have sterilized, clear glass retainers
An earring infection can't be fully seen, as it is often inside the ear, where the earring post goes through. However, the ear lobe often goes red, and swollen, pus and gunk keeps building up and has to be removed resulting in a lot of pain. I've had an earring infection myself and its not nice!
you can freeze anything
A few things are removed: water, mostly. Anything else that the body can use and the rest is expelled.
You're really going to need to provide more context for this. Anions and cations can't be separately "removed" from anything.
It's said not to harm anything.
