No. "Feet" tells you a length or distance, like the length of a rope, or the distance from home to school. "Square feet" tells you an area, like how much carpet you need to cover a floor, or how much land you own.
.... and you want to know how much longer the second rope is than the first one? If we take 4,000 miles as the radius, and we want to do any comparison with feet then we need to convert the miles to feet. There are 5,280 feet in a mile, and I'll use 3.1416 as the value of pi. So, rope A goes around a circle with a radius of 4,000, which is a radius of 21,120,000 feet. Then rope B goes around a circle with a radius of 21,120,010 feet. As the circumference = 2 pi r we can multiply both of these by 2 pi and subtract the smaller from the larger. Rope A = 132701184 feet Rope B = 132701246.832 The difference here is 62.832 feet. However, we can get exactly the same result if we just multiply the extra 10 feet by 2 pi = 10 x 2 x 3.1416 = 62.832. This is equal to 62 feet 10 inches.

Assume the first piece to be x met. Then the second = 3x and the third =12x . Together, x + 3x + 12x = 64 or 16x = 64 or x= 4 met. The three pieces, therefore, are 4m, 12m and 48 m

The Valeo Speed Jump Rope is 10 feet long, but may be adjusted for length.
Linear feet is the length. An eight foot long rope has eight linear feet.
Depends on the lenght. Jump ropes can be long or short.
