Usually, the fuse that the horn is on is used for several devices, so you have to read the fusebox layout very carefully to find the correct one. A common failure for horns is the switch on the steering wheel. You will have to partially disassemble the steering wheel to find connector for horn. If it is not in contact with metal ring, horn will not activate.
