Check the light relay circuits for the lighting. Either a relay or electronic circuit is causing the problem of the lights staying on
If the ashtray light is not working it will not drain the battery.
you remove the battery hold down brace and voala! its done!
Disconnect negative from battery remove four clips from ashtray disconnect lighters and bulb reverse procedure for install
could be the alternator going bad or battery.
the battery may be corroded.. if it is pour a little bit of cola on it wipe away and then try the battery is new and i get power to the key clean terminals
take the battery cable off for 15 minutes
i believe there are two. one is under the ashtray in the front of the vehicle, and the other is next to the battery under the bonnet.
incase u didnt know there are five horns i to have a 98 deville delegance 2 are under car 1 next to the battery i honestly cant remember where the other 1s are but wen u look at the 1 by the battery look 4 4 more of those its probably a fuse or relay if they all stopped working at once
Remove the slide-out ashtray in the center console. The radio code is written on the bottom of that tray in many of the early models of the MDX.
Check the battery cables for looseness or corrosion Most likely starter solenoid is going to need replacement
You should have a code somewhere in you car. It will be a 4 digit code. Mine was on a piece of paper under the ashtray. Good luck!!
either the battery or the starter motor is bad but, i dont know how an engine will try to start if it wont turn over maybe you could give more details of what it is doing
