Time for a new Tranny or a rebuilt. This is something that a Tranny shop needs to look at they have specialized equipment. First and reverse are usually the same gear except reverse direction. At least that has been my experience. It could just be shift solenoids are bad or even speed sensor. Have a good tranny shop check this out. Hope this helps

Remove the linkage from the power window motor. Remove the wiring harness from the power window motor. Remove the retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new power window motor.
