It is possible that: you only have one baby, not two; one baby is hiding the other; the two heartbeats are synchronized so you only hear one.

Can you have spotting after a frozen embryo transfer and still be pregnant?
I am 7 weeks pregnant after having a frozen embryo transfer. I have been spotting continously since with one episode of a heavy bleed with loss of tissue and clots. My doctor has kept me on progesterone pessaries as well as provera to control the bleeding but I am still pregnant and yesterday a healthy fetus was confirmed on ultrasound with a heart beat of 146. == ==
Can spotting be a symptom of pregnancy?
Sure it can! I am 4 weeks preggo and I have been having brownish spotting VERY lite for about 4 days now. My doc says everything is fine. My cervix is closed and the only thing we could see in an ultrasound this early is some thickening. Good luck!

Why am I bleeding lightly at 7 weeks pregnant but have no cramps?
I also am having some spotting at 7 weeks but only when I wipe and it's like a dark brownish reddish color. I had a transvaginal ultrasound about 3 days ago and the spotting started after that and hasn't stopped yet. I have no cramping or back pain and we saw a heart beat of 130 bpm and was told the baby is measuring right on target. My doc told me that spotting after the ultrasound is normal but I thought it would have stopped by now and I am freaked out. I have had 5 miscarriages all before 5 weeks (chemical pregnancies) and this is the first time we have seen a heart beat. Everything makes me so nervous. Please let me know what happens with you.

Some spotting is normal it could be you losing your mucus plug or something else if you a having heavy bleeding go to the er or if you are having cramping vomiting severe lower back pain's you need to see a doctor asap!
