92 astro van missing under load replaced cap rotor module pickup coil and exstirnal coil plugs wires and fuel filter but still missing under load and just resently getting worse and all the time now.?

Sounds like you may very well have a timing issue and or an internal valve issue.
Best to spend a few bucks and take it to your local GM dealer and have it put on a scanner. It could also be anything from a O2 sensor to a MAP sensor. But just replacing parts until you get it right, is just a guessing game at best, and could get really expensive.
