order on cap is not firing order like us cars. numbers are 3 even 3 odd but they fire 123456 thru inside of cap
Almost all v8 engines have the a firing order of 1;8;4;3;6;5;7;2. the rotor rotates counterclockwise. so, as long as you follow the firing order...it doesn't mater where you point the rotor!
The 4 cylinder is 1-3-4-2 rotor turns clockwise. The V6 is 1-2-3-4-5-6 rotor turns clockwise.
V6 firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6 Rotor turns counterclockwise.I4 firing order is 1-3-4-2 rotor turns clockwise.
1.6L1,3,4,2, CCW , rotor, 8valvesCW rotor rotation on 16v.
Yes, the rotor turns clockwise. Firing order is 1-3-4-2
The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6. Rotor turns counterclockwise.
Firing order is 1-3-4-2 Rotor turns clockwise.
Looking at the distributor, the rotor goes clockwise. the Firing order OOPS 1342
The firing order is 1-3-4-2. The rotor rotates counter clockwise
The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 rotor turns clockwise.
to find the dist-cap order ; 1. put timing mark on top dead center (TDC). 2. remove dist-cap see where rotor is at, that is #1 spark plug wire location on cap. From what I under stand the rotor turns counter clock wise. so next to left would be #2 ; ect. firing order is 123456 if what i see above this note about firing order ;;;; BUT I DON'T know if that is true. Could be but it's the 1st I've ever seen firing order in cylinder line order. NOTE: TDC can be 180% off so make sure your on compression stroke ...
The spark plug firing order is ( 1 - 3 - 4 - 2 ) and the distributor rotor turns CLOCKWISE
