Depends, are you losing coolant ? If so the heater core is leaking. If not, just leave the window open slightly, gets more air circulation.

They fog up when water condenses on the surface. If the air inside the car is warmer than the outside temperature you will experience fogging of the inside of the windows. In extreme humidity the problem is worse. You can also see fogging if the heater core is leaking. To dissipate the moisture turn on the defroster.

First, clean the inside glass COMPLETELY, then use an anti-fogging agent. You can get it at a parts store.
Sounds like you have a bad heater core. Same thing happened to my car. Had to replace the heater under the dash. Check your coolant lines in and out first for leaks.
