Sounds like maybe you knocked off a vacuum hose. Have someone start engine and you listen for air hissing
Sounds like it's not getting enough fuel or a filter is clogged. Try having your fuel ejection flushed and fuel filter changed!

It definitely sounds like a fuel problem, the first thing I would do is change the fuel filter .
very hard to say but sounds like an immobilizer problem, or it is not getting adequate fuel flow...
Could be bad airflow sensor or (MAS) engine will start normally in safe mode, but then when it tries to read sensor it could rich/lean out depending on breakage.
it sounds like it might be the cam sensor in the injection pump.

Sounds like it has to do with the micro-chip in the key. Starts for about 3 seconds and dies. In 1999 Ford installed a micro-chip in the ignition key for Anti-theft purposes. If the chip isn't there, or is malfunctioning, the vehicle starts briefly and dies.
