Yes he has to pay child support.
Tell someone you trust! They'll understand. You should see your doctor and make sure that if you are pregnant, then your boyfriend will understand completely and support you!
The child support (if actually being paid) probably exceeds what she would receive in welfare; however, she's probably eligible for Medicaid.
No and No.This is ludicrous at the very best. The father is paying child support because of a court ordered decree when he and his ex-spouse ended their marriage. The father continues paying until the daughter attains the age of 18. To expect the 16 year old boy (also a child in a legal sense) to pay child support is ridiculous and beyond belief.
yes
You learn from your mistakes.
No she has to be 16 for that. And I doubt you will be able to support yourself at that age.
Yes. Until and unless the child is emancipated, you are still responsible regardless of other income. The support from your daughter's boyfriend is probably for your grandchild.
No, she is still a child. The parents are still responsible for her.
Possibly. In this case, it doesn't appear that the child is "emancipated."
like ya!! at least show tht u care, geese help her, do things for her when she needs it bad, and avoid arguing with her....
No since the girl is over 18.
Public assistance recipients assign their rights to child support to the State which, presumably, will attempt to establish/collect support.
