Likely a vacuum leak. Check all vacuum hoses including those running under cover on top of engine.
2,5L when oil filter changed
Depends on engine size, but the average is about 5 quarts when the oil filter is changed.
Maybe "mileage" isn't a proper determinant for whether the air filter needs to be changed?
It is likely that the crankcase was much too oil. It is likely that the engine would have been damaged if the oil had not be changed.

Fuel filter
No. The cabin air filter is located on the passengers side in the engine compartment under the cowl, four screws and pull out the cover reveals the filter. This filter cleans the air entering the inside of the car. The engine air filter is located in the engine compartment on the right side and filters air for the engine only. Both are easily changed.
Yes , although you will have to top up the engine oil level ( or prefill the new engine oil filter ) * assuming you haven't put the required amount of oil in the engine already *
