Likely a vacuum leak. Check all vacuum hoses including those running under cover on top of engine.

No. The cabin air filter is located on the passengers side in the engine compartment under the cowl, four screws and pull out the cover reveals the filter. This filter cleans the air entering the inside of the car. The engine air filter is located in the engine compartment on the right side and filters air for the engine only. Both are easily changed.
