If your son is a minor (under the age of consent) then report this woman to the Police as harassment with a sexual intent. She has probably done this before with other boys.
If he is above the age of consent then it is something you and he will have to discuss rationally. If he want's to be with this woman then you can say he does not bring her to your home. Try and explain that she will dump him once she has her way with him and he will feel used and foolish. You don't want that for him as loving parents. There are plenty of girls his own age he can date. There is nothing good that will come from this woman who is old enough to be his mother. I would report her anyway.
Unfortunately in this world there is a growing number of mature women who pursue young boys for their sexual needs. They believe there is nothing wrong with it, but in fact they are nothing more than pedofiles. The boys cannot see what is happening and get all caught up with the fascination of it all. Sometimes they ask the boys to do chores with the offer of money or gifts to capture them, but really these women are nothing more than pedophiles.
