No. In 4th grade there are still several more years of school you have to have. A GED test is given to a person who did not graduate from high school.

If you have completed a recognized bachelors degree you should be able to apply for a graduate program. Still, you will have to check with the graduate schools of interest, and inquire about the entrance requirements particular to each school and your program of interest. Viper1
