Bottles break when they are filled with ice because when ice expands when it freezes.
in theory 20 bottles 10 liters =10000 ml 10000ml/750 ml =20. This would be the maximum I would figure in some evaporation and possibly some lees and not geeting the bottom of the barrel. after this it may be 18-19. Not an answer with experience But it's common sence.
800 bottles
86/3.5 = 24.57 so answer is 24 complete bottles
?
