The density of water is greater than that of plastic. When a block of plastic is under water, the magnitude of the buoyant force or upthrust exerted by water on the block is greater than the magnitude of the weight of the block. Hence, the block of plastic released under water will come up to the surface of water.

The fuse block is under your seat. There is a black plastic rectangular cover with the fuse block schematic printed on it. The headlight has its own fuse, 15amps, which are available in auto parts stores.
under the steering wheel, remove the black plastic panel which is secured with 2 flat head plastic screw clips. Look to the left side under the hood release, you will see a fuse block. look on the upper right corner of the block. If you are having trouble turn the signal on and listen and feel for the ticking one.
