is this a statement or a question
You can't.
my answer is no
Place the container the fish is in in the pond and using a thermometer allow the temperatures to equalise. Failing that, have the fish in a bucket half filled with their original water and add 1 cupfull of water from the pond into the bucket each 5-10 minutes. Once things have equalised lower the bucket of fish into the pond gently and once the bucket is submerged tip it so the fish will swim out.
with a net
Take the fish(s) out and put them ether in a bucket or big bowl then you are free to clean the fishtank. Make sure the bucket/bowl has a fair amount of water in it.
It's automatic
First get a bucket of water, and put the same volume as is in the bowl in the bucket. Let the bucket sit over night, and put water conditioner in it. Net the fish out of the bowl, and put it in the bucket with the new water. Rinse the bowl out, and sponge the inside to remove any algae. Clean, and put back the gravel and ornaments. Pour the water and fish back into the clean bowl. DONT USE SOAP.
A gallon of water weighs about 8.34 pounds. If you have a good sized bucket with a gallon of water in it and you put a 5-pound fish in the bucket, you'll have a bucket that weighs about 13.34 pounds (plus the weight of the bucket). That's as long as the bucket doesn't overflow. The fish will (usually) be neutrally bouyant in the water, and it will be essentially weightless in that water. But its weight will add to that of the water in the bucket. No, it won't weigh 15 pounds, but it will weigh in as suggested. However, the weight of the water itself will not change.

This will vary by jurisdiction so check your local fishing regulations but generally a fish that is removed from the water and held is counted towards your limit. You can not have more fish in your possession (in this case in the bucket) than your regulations allow. You are not allowed to keep any fish outside of the specified sizes, they must be returned immediately. You are not allowed to keep any fish that are not in season or have a limit of zero, these must be released immediately. Many jurisdictions have special regulations about it being illegal to waste fish that is fish for consumption. If the fish in the bucket die and you toss them out you may get fined.
