Courts that have the authority to be the first courts in which most federal cases are heard are known as district courts. These are the trial courts of the federal judiciary system and are responsible for hearing both civil and criminal cases.
The power or authority of a court to hear and decide a specific case is known as original jurisdiction.
District Courts are also know as trial courts and they are divided into four categories which include civil, criminal, juvenile, and magistrate categories.
Munsif which has originated from ARABIC Language and now is a part of URDU Language. The courts at the district levels are known as subordinate courts. The people who decide matters of civil cases in subordinate courts are known as munsifs. They do not wear the black uniform.
A judgement attorney, or Arbitrator as otherwise known is a legal representative that provides a non binding judgement on a civil case between the client and other parties or party. This is only used in civil and not criminal proceedings as the arbitrator does not have any legal authority to enforce the judgements.
