What was a normal day for a knight?

The knight was greatly honored for his chivalric traits. He was both a warrior and a lover. The system of knighthood altered the society's manner of treating women, a recognition accounted to the religious revival of the Middle Ages and to Europe's consecration to the Virgin Mary. As a lover, the knight must win his ladylove by his gentleness, devotion, reverence, and knight-errantry.

A Knights daily routine would include eating,dressing etc. A knight will not have a competition every day, the days that the knight doesnt have competition he will spend time with his family and/or wife.

A day of a knight starts at dawn with prayers and a Mass. He then has breakfast after which would practice using his weapons at the quintain and the pell. There are also discussions and learning about warfare strategies. There would again be mid-morning prayers followed again by a meal. In the afternoon, he would have dance practices to make him understand the rules of chivalry and courtly love. Some afternoons would be spent honing their skills in horsemanship, accompanying their lord in hunting or hawking, or sometimes inspecting the estate. An evening prayer is then after which comes supper time in the Hall of the Castle. A little bit of entertainment comes after like dancing. There are also acrobats, jugglers, and jesters. Bedtime prayers follow.
