No. "Sin is an offense against reason, truth, and right conscience; it is failure in genuine love for God and neighbor caused by a perverse attachment to certain goods [...] Sin is an offense against God." ~Catechism of the Catholic Church paragraphs 1849-1850
If a person is dead, how can he commit sin? A dead man cannot have attachment to any goods, as he is only spirit. He cannot offend God anymore. A person chooses where he will go in the next life by how he lives this life. I am adding a link to what the Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches on this. Especially read paragraphs 1030-1050.

A sin that is committed from an individual is just called a sin. Sins are sins not matter what type of sin it is.
Adam and Eve were created innocent and lived in the Garden of Eden. Satan came to the garden and lied to Eve. She believed him and thereby sinned and caused Adam to sin. At that time they both died spiritually. To be dead spiritually means that you are at enmity with God or that you actually hate God. The sin of Adam and Eve passed on to every person who was born from that time on. Everyone is born spiritually dead. and has the potential to commit the most heinous sins. Original sin is defined as, "that whereby man is very far gone from original righteousness, and is of his own nature inclined to evil." This is why God can impute sin to man.
