When you right-click, you will get a sub-menu appropriate for the context on which you clicked.

On a menu, an arrow on the right side of an option usually indicates that there is a sub-menu or additional options available when you select that option. Clicking on it will expand the menu to show more choices or actions related to that option.
It indicates a sub category of information. Clicking the arrow should open it.
Go to Menu, then choose Application using left or right arrow keys, then use down arrow key to choose the Hotel mode control, "0000" is the default password, post which you can turn of the hotel mode by using the right arrow key
Log off will already be on your start menu, on windows 7 there will be a button that says shutdown, next to the button will be an arrow, from there you can select the option to logoff.
