please help , how can i come over with a person issued me a cheque of amount of Rs 410000. by taking a cash of same amount by promising to give a shop . but neither he given me shop and nor cash . issued me a cheque of Rs 410000. which later bounced. Contact a lawyer soon and issue a notice demanding the said amount.If the amount not paid in time, you can always file a complaint under Sec.200 of Cr.P.C. for the offense committed under Sec.138 of N.I.Act.
