Pilgrimage to Makkah (or Mecca) is called Hajj. It is the fifth pillar of Islam five pillars.
The black box is called the Kabah, it is in Saudia arabia in Makkah. When we muslims pray we face Kabah..(Quibla). we also got to Makkah to do hajj, it is like a pilgrimage...we go around the Kabah,this is called doing Tawaf.
