When a protein has lost its 3D structure it becomes polypeptide chain with some secondary structure elements are they may simply degraded to it primary structure which is polypeptide chain.
3D structure is a native structure of protein molecule where it can have the correct folding stabilized by its intra and inter molecular interactions among its residues.
Proteins can loose its structure when they are exposed to a denaturing condition which is change in buffer environment such as pH, temperature, ion salts, metals and detergents such as SDS can unravel the proteins structure. Reducing agents such as DTT or 2-mercaptoethanol or often used with heat (95 degrees) to denature the protein completely while resolving them on the gel.
Denatured.
A denatured protein is any protein that has been altered in its structure due to any of a variety of influences (ionic strength of solution, pH, temperature etc) resulting in a loss of function, such as a loss of catalytic activity. Denatured proteins tend to precipitate in solution.
It has lost it's tertiary structure and can no longer function and is said to be denatured.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'lost its 3D' but I think you might mean when a protein is broken down or heated it becomes denatured.
denaturation
It has become denatured
Denaturation
Degraded and non-functional.
denuration
denatured
because every receptor has specific shape on it, which binds with specific molecule.
In most cases, extremes of temperature denature (alter the 3D structure of) proteins. In biological systems that denaturing temperature may be fairly mild. Another term for protein denaturing is coagulation which is what happens to the proteins of a boiled egg.
A carrier protein is a protein that helps with diffusion of various molecules. Carrier proteins also use ATP to move cell materials.
It has an S-shape.
the body can only handle a certain amount of said protein at a time.....overdose of it might not kill you but can cause serious side effects to your body
When this happens to a protein, it is said to denature.Denature is caused commonly by very high or low temperature, concentrated acids or bases.Denature by high temperature is irrevesible.
This dog loses heat because your mom said
The saying "he who speaks first loses" is often attributed to several different sources, including negotiation experts and business leaders. The sentiment behind this saying is that in certain situations, it is advantageous to let the other party speak or make the first move to gain more insight or leverage in the interaction.
Protein is needed for all dogs bit minimal amounts of protein is healthier for puppies. Protein is said to assist in growth... too much isn't good for joints etc. Encorouging a puppy to grow any faster than its natural growth rate is just silly and dangerous.
all elements want to have a full valence shell and when an atom loses electrons it is said to become a cation.
It is said to be in a soft shape or in compression.
because every receptor has specific shape on it, which binds with specific molecule.
No they dont, protein helps you increase muscle size, muscles arent linked to fat

Enzymes are protiens. If you get the balance of pH or temperature outof wack, you can change the shape of the enzyme. Changing the shape of the said enzyme damages the protein, so it cannot do its job. This is called denaturing.
it is a plane shape because you said its a square
because wade barret said if he loses he is fired but if he win he will not be a part of NEXUS anymore but wade barett loses
