Neither the word "quantum" nor anything approximating the concept of "quantum" is found in The Bible. One might as well try to find reference to Television or Cell Phones in the Bible! The Hebrew and Christian Scriptures were written long before the modern era, and so do not contain any modern scientific or mathematical concepts.

If some preacher or teacher has interpreted any biblical stories as referring to a "quantum child," you would be well advised to avoid that teacher.
