Jesus was asked if He was the Christ the Son of God by the High Priest at His trial. Jesus answered in the affirmative, adding that He would be seen coming in the clouds of Heaven. When John the Baptist sent his disciples to ask if Jesus was the Promised One, He referred to the prophecies from Isaiah and the miracles they had seen as demonstration of who He was.
The twelve apostles/disciples were all in attendance at the Last Supper. Judas left early to betray Jesus. So none of them asked to see Jesus. Now in John 14:8-10, Philip said to Jesus, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us." Jesus said to him, " Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father..."etc. If this is not what you are asking please re- submit your question.

Jesus was taken to the Sanhedrin after his arrest because the Jewish religious leaders wanted to question him about his teachings and perceived blasphemous claims. They sought to find evidence to charge him with crimes punishable by Roman law.
Jesus has gone through an incredible transformation in the hands of mankind. From Jesus himself claiming to have been sent by God: Now this is eternal life: that THEY know YOU, the ONLY TRUE God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent [John 17:3].To being accused of claiming to be God by words spoken for Jesus: "Very truly I tell you," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" [John 8:58]
St. John did so by Baptizing people.
A New Testament perspective:The answer to the question is, NO ONE.John 4:2 - (though Jesus Himself did not baptize, but His disciples),Jesus did not baptize John; He was baptized BY John.Matthew 3:13-16 - Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. And John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?" But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.True, Jesus was without sin; but John's baptism was part of God's plan, and Jesus' earthly mission was to do the will of the Father and thus "fulfill all righteousness."John 6:38 - For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.[Quotes from NKJV]
yes jesus said it when john sent some of his desciples to go and ask jesus if he was really the christ.and the reply was that go and tell john that the blind see, the lame walk, and the dead are raised . in conclution, jesus said that among born of women, there is no one greater than john but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.
